Personality: Atlantis is probably one of the biggest worrie-warts you'll ever meet, he's a very caring guy, to everyone. He tends to always have a concerned expression on his face, but it is very easy to make him smile~. He rarely has/shows any contempt to anyone. He has the tendency to call someone Mr, Miss, Ms, Sir and other various formalities such as that, unless they tell him to stop. XD What he can't really stand is being cooped up in indoor places for a very long time (unless he's reading), leading him to wander around Rimoire, and on some occasions, leave Rimoire to travel all over the sea. He never leaves the palace unless all of his work for the week is done (which isn't really a lot XD). He also loves to read, something he has enjoyed for a long time.
Around others, he is a bit shy at first, but it is very easy for him to warm up to you. When it comes to love, Atlantis is pretty blind and inexperienced. He enjoys visiting the Sky world and Norman-Casper, and he wishes he could live in one of the two areas sometimes.

Background:
Atlantis grew up as a normal seachild in Rimoire, playing and interacting with others, in his royal "Adopted Family". He was very frail at the time and had trouble in sports which made his adopted mother very disappointed in him very much, compared to his adopted siblings. Often he would go out to read in the sea caves around various parts of Rimoire, especially at night, because he always loved it when his marks would help him light his way, as well as the view of the Aurora Borealis underwater.
At the age of fifteen, Atlantis' older adopted sister, became blind, causing him to become the next ruler of Rimoire. Something he wasn't prepared for since he never imagined he would be ruler. His adopted mother wanted his younger 'brother' to become ruler, but the law is like an monarchy and no matter what Atlantis would be ruler, unless something serious happened to him. This caused his 'mother' to try to hurt him. (she's so mean T.T) of course she failed.
Now, as of recent, Atlantis has become ruler of Rimoire, and so far he's doing a pretty good job with keeping things running. His most recent project is to light the darkest part of Ursalia, the capital city, where the poor live.

Additional Info:

He has no pets.
He has a special necklace that a Sky guardian, Leon, gave to him, he wears it very often.
Atlantis specializes in the use of most weapons, since he doesn't use magic. Specifically he mostly uses underwater and sky world bows and arrows.
His hair looks like they change colors blue underwater, and an aqua-ish color above water.
His markings glow XD.
That bow of his can change various colors from time to time.
And those things that are hanging off of him don't slow him down he can still swim normally, they more like representations of jellyfish tentacles really.
